Introducing our new EU warehouse!
Over many years we have been offering our fantastic organic and Fairtrade children’s clothes to customers throughout the EU. Unfortunately, Brexit made it difficult for us to offer the service you expect from the UK. We regret that, and whilst we always did our best to fix any issues, we believe being proactive is better than being reactive. So what's changed? 
Thankfully, we now have a NEW warehouse in Poland, plus a new website which means we can offer our EU customers a faster service and much better experience, with no unexpected customs charges or hidden fees. We are very committed to our EU customers and we look forward to expanding inside the EU in the coming years, offering you a brilliant product, and a brilliant service. Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for ordering from us!
We have great confidence in our products and have many happy customers but we understand that sometimes buying on the internet is tricky and you may change your mind. You can return your order within 6 months of purchase or within 1 month if on sale (unused, with tags on and in the original packaging) for a full refund or exchange. If your product is faulty please get in touch as we have a 365 quality guarantee.

How to return something

All you need to do is fill in the returns form that was in your delivery, tick the refund or exchange box, include it in the package and keep a proof of postage. Easy peasy. We'll process your exchange and refund as soon as possible, but during very busy times this may take more than one week. If you don't have a returns form, please let us know.
To get a refund of your postage cost, please use a NON-TRACKED or ECONOMY POSTAL SERVICE (address below) and email us proof of postage and your order number. 
*Please note* we can only give a refund if a non-tracked service is used.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our Fairtrade and organic cotton clothing, but mistakes and faults occasionally happen and we want to make sure you are completely happy with your order. If for any reason you aren't, please get in touch with and send us a photo of the faulty item for a refund or an exchange.
