Our USA customers never have to pay any duty, sales taxes or customs charges of any kind when ordering with us.

USA standard delivery (8-12 working days): FREE on orders over $100 or $15 

We also offer returns for a fixed price of just $7.50.

Thank you for ordering from us! We have great confidence in our products and have many happy customers but we understand that sometimes buying on the internet is tricky and you may change your mind.

You can return any item within 6 months of receiving your order (unused, with tags on and in the original packaging) for a full refund, exchange or a refund to store credit (+10% additional value).

Please contact us before paying for your returns label if:
- You have received an item that is incorrect, or faulty.
- If the total value of the items you are returning is $20 or less.

Returning a Gift?

We understand you may not want to let the person who gifted you know it was not the right fit/item for your little one.

Please contact customer service customerservice@littlegreenradicals.co.uk with as much detail as possible (such as the sender's name or order number) and we can advise next steps.

We can only offer a gift voucher for the value of your unsuitable item(s).

Please be aware that items purchased from our online or in-person sample sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our Fairtrade organic cotton and recycled clothing, but mistakes and faults occasionally happen and we want to make sure you are completely happy with your order. If for any reason you aren't, please get in touch and send a few photos of the faulty item for a refund or an exchange.
