- Spot clean first – dab stains with a clean, damp cloth, using baby shampoo or a mild detergent for stubborn marks.
- Fully machine washable – pop it on a Wool/Hand Wash cycle at cold or max 30°C with a low spin (400-500rpm) and use a wool-specific detergent when you need a deeper clean. Just bear in mind machine cycles can cause a small 5-7% shrinkage, so we'd recommend hand-washing where you can to keep the fit just right.
- Hand-washing tips: swirl gently in lukewarm water with a wool-specific detergent, then rinse at the same temperature. Avoid rubbing, wringing, soaking or water temperature changes as this will help the wool stay super smooth and soft
- After rinsing, gently squeeze (don't wring) in a towel, pull back into shape while damp, and dry flat (skip the tumble drier and radiators to keep your merino wool lovely for longer).
