Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for ordering from us! We have great confidence in our products and have many happy customers, but we understand that sometimes buying on the internet is tricky and you may change your mind. You can return any item within 1year of receiving your order (unused, with tags on and in the original packaging) for a full refund, exchange or a refund to store credit (+10% additional value).
We will refund the cost of sending back your order. To get a refund for your postage cost, please use a NON-TRACKED or ECONOMY POSTAL SERVICE (address below) and email us proof of postage and your order number. *Please note* we can only give a refund if a non-tracked service is used.

We understand you may not want to let the person who gifted you know it was not the right fit/item for your little one.
Please contact customer service customerservice@littlegreenradicals.co.uk with as much detail as possible (such as the sender's name or order number) and we can advise next steps.
Please note - We can only offer a gift voucher for the value of your unsuitable item(s).
We pride ourselves on the quality of our Fairtrade organic cotton and recycled clothing, but mistakes and faults occasionally happen and we want to make sure you are completely happy with your order. If for any reason you aren't, please get in touch and send a few photos of the faulty item for a refund or an exchange.
Please be aware that items purchased from our online or in-person sample sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
